I am slowly opening back up my one-on-one consults.
I believe it’s so valuable to have individual support when it comes to balancing your nervous system and prioritizing your health.
I offer 45 minute discussions, to laser focus on your biggest health concerns, and set priorities that you can start taking action on today.
Common consults with clients cover:
Pantry hauling - creating a safe, sustainable and ethical pantry for the household
Stress management planning - creating an action plan for managing specific stressors
Household reviews - identifying the largest source of toxin exposure, and offering recommendations
Personal health ailments - discussing symptoms of deeply rooted stress, and offering solutions examples include: skin flares like acne, gut issues, autoimmunity flares, depressive episodic tendencies, low energy/fatigue, brain fog, etc.
these sessions are for anyone seeking to move away from burnout mode, and implement ‘safer, more sustainable and simple’ strategies in their household / lives.
